Chapter 4. Printer setting area

Basic mode

The following operations can be performed.

- Regular maintenance

- Heater status

- Display the instruction manual

- Acquire log information

<IP-5620/IP-5520>

(1) Display guidance button: Start the guidance screen.

(2) Time until next maintenance: Displays the time until next maintenance.

(3) Maintenance operation button: Click to perform various maintenance operations.

(4) Test printing button: Click to perform test printing.

(5) Heater on check box: Select to control the heater.

(6) Heater set temperature: Set the temperature by entering a value or using the up/down buttons.

(7) Display mode setting: Select from basic and advanced modes.

(8) Display instruction manual button: Display the instruction manual.

(9) Acquire log information button: Acquire printer log information and store it as a ﬁle.

(10) Update settings button: Send the heater settings to the printer.
